  • Location: 1020 E Columbia Street, Weatherford, TX 76086
    Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    Department: Anodize
    Start Date: Immediate

    Position Duties:
    •Must rack and un-rack parts for the chem film and/or basic anodize operations.

    •Must be trained and exhibit the skills and ability to perform any metal finishing task (i.e., pre-penetrant etch, chem film, and alkaline clean).

    •Must assist with the basic touch-up (i.e., chem film of rack marks and/or repairs in the coatings).

    •Must be trained and exhibit the skills and ability to verify that the shop orders are correct and record and sign-off all shop orders that they complete.

    •Process parts and assemblies through correct sequence of operation to acquire proper dimensions in accordance with schedules, specifications, etc.

    •Assist in diagnosing and correcting cause of discrepancies which occur most frequently.

    Position Duties:
    •Checks scribe lines, making compound on parts before etching.

    •Secure information on rate of etch and rate of immersion, quality, and temperature of solution.

    •Process parts and assemblies through correct sequence of operation to acquire proper dimensions in accordance with schedules, specifications, etc.

    •Assist in diagnosing and correcting cause of discrepancies which occur most frequently such as etch pits, mask failures, etc.

    •Load and unload parts and assemblies from racks or holding devices.

    •Perform any other functions in area such as masking, scribing, trimming etc.

    • Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.

    Position Duties:
    •Assist in diagnosing and correcting cause of discrepancies which occur most frequently such as etch pits, mask failures, etc.

    •Load and unload parts and assemblies from racks or holding devices.

    •Be able to use an exacto-knife with precision to cut and peel away mask from previously treated metal.

    •Ability to use handheld tools such as sanders.

    •Clean parts and apply temporary protective chemical coating in preparation for chemical processing.

    •Keeping a clean and safe work environment

    •Responsible for understanding, following, and promoting company policies and procedures

    Department: Maintenance
    Start Date: Immediate

    Position Duties:
    •Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

    •Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

    •Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

    •Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

    •Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

    •Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

    •Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

    •Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

    •Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

    •Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

    •Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
