As a Chemical Milling Operator, you’ll be the wizard behind the scenes who shapes aerospace components by carefully removing material with cutting-edge chemical processes. Your work ensures parts are perfect, precise, and ready to soar.
What You’ll Be Crushing:
Operate and maintain chemical milling tanks and equipment like a pro—think hoists, racks, and high-tech processing lines.
Prepare aerospace parts with expert masking and cleaning skills, protecting the “no-go” zones like a boss.
Monitor chemical baths—keep an eye on temps, concentrations, and times to nail that perfect material removal.
Collaborate with lab techs, quality inspectors, and your squad to meet top aerospace quality standards.
Keep the workspace safe and clean while rocking your PPE gear.

What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (tech training? Even better!)
2-4 years of experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, or manufacturing? Yes, please.
Knowledge of chemical milling, anodizing, or aerospace finishing is a big plus.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Team player vibes with the ability to follow technical instructions like a champ.
