Company History and Philosophy
| Chemical Dynamics, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Charles D. Paris. It
began as one of few independent companies involved in the chemical milling
of aircraft parts. The company has expanded to include fabrication, anodizing
and painting of aircraft parts. In October, 1990, Chemical Dynamics was
purchased by UNC -- The Aviation Company, a family of companies totally
dedicated to the aviation and aerospace industry. In June 1995 the assets
of Chemical Dynamics, Inc. were purchased by Charles D. Paris under the
new name, Weatherford Aerospace, Inc.
Chemical Dynamics/Weatherford Aerospace has experienced steady growth since its inception and now operates two production plants. The company has maintained a strong client base including several major government contractors. The management of Weatherford Aerospace encourages every employee to reach their maximum potential and will strive to promote from within whenever possible.
